Purchase process at Centar Zlata

1. Customer registration

Register your company for cooperation with Centar Zlata using the form on this page or by sending an inquiry to [email protected] in order to realize the possibility of ordering products at wholesale prices.

Registration is possible exclusively for legal entities and craftsmen, retail customers cannot obtain the status of a wholesale customer.

2. Approval and signing of the contract

After successful registration, the employees of Centar Zlata approve the wholesale customer status, create a customer account on the online platform for orders, and contact the customer to sign the contract.

3. Purchase and collection of products

A registered and approved customer with a signed contract can make a purchase at wholesale prices via the online ordering platform or by direct order via e-mail or phone.

Purchased products can be picked up at one of the Centar Zlata offices or with delivery to the address.

Collection at the office is possible immediately after payment with an appointment announcement, and if you prefer delivery to the address, you can expect it within two working days of payment with 100% value insurance.

Centar Zlata offers a wide range of investment gold and silver products from various European mints, including the Swiss Argor Heraeus, the German Heimerle + Meule, the Austrian and Croatian state mints Münze Österreich and the Croatian Mint.

In our offer, you can find bars and coins of various sizes - from the smallest of just one gram to the largest of one kilogram. In addition to classic investment products of various sizes, Centar Zlata also offers a rich gift program with special products in gift packaging.

There is no minimum wholesale order amount for domestic customers, but with larger order volume, the customer can get a better wholesale price.

For customers from third countries (non-EU countries), there is a minimum order amount that depends on the location, and you can find it out from your account manager.

Purchased products can be picked up in two ways - in person at one of the Center Zlata branches or via insured delivery to the address. 

Pick-up at the branch office is possible immediately upon receipt of payment, with prior notice of arrival; while assured delivery to the address in most cases arrives within two working days.

Centar Zlata has many years of experience exporting gold and silver to companies in third countries, and it is possible to place an order even if your company is not based in the EU.

In addition to the delivery of the product, we will handle all customs and other paperwork related to logistics for you and export, such as the EUR.1 certificate.
