- Announce your shipment to us via the contact form or by phone.
- Pack your investment or scrap gold in an envelope or box along with the necessary documentation. With investment gold, make sure that its original packaging is not damaged.
- Go to the nearest Post office and fill it out Package24 Confirmation of receipt. Be sure to enter the value of the shipment (we suggest always putting an amount higher than your estimated value of the gold you are sending) and send the package to:

Required documentation

- Confirmation of ownership of the bank account showing the IBAN (only if the payment goes to the bank account)
Property of a bank account can be proved by any document showing your first and last name and IBAN, e.g.:
